Made up of 6 high altitude resorts, La Plagne is a modern snow sport destination that is purpose built for the job. So if your focus is on getting in as much great skiing or snowboarding in as possible, this is ‘the place’; with 15 black, 30 red, 72 blue and 10 green runs, and off piste there’s Bellecôte's North Face for all year round glacier skiing. As a former Winter Olympic resort, you can have a go at bobsleigh, luge and skeleton too (if you’re brave enough). After a day on the slopes try some of the Savoyard food on offer, La Plagne is famous for specialty dishes like fondue, raclette and tartiflette.
